How can I order an item?

Ordering from us is simple! Follow these steps:

  1. Browse Products: From our homepage, you can either select a specific category to browse or scroll down to view all available products.
  2. Select Your Item: Click on any product you're interested in. A window will pop up with details and options.
  3. Add to Cart or Buy Now: From this pop-up, you can either add the item(s) to your shopping cart to continue Browse, or choose to "Buy Now" for a quicker checkout.
  4. Checkout: When you're ready, proceed to checkout. Here, you'll fill in your shipping and payment details to place your order.
How can I see my balance?

You can easily check your balance in two convenient ways:

  1. Header View: Look for your balance displayed in the top right corner of the website header, located just to the right of the shopping cart icon.
  2. My Account Section: For a detailed view, log into your account and navigate to MY ACCOUNT > My Wallet.
How can I see my purchase history?

You can easily view your complete purchase history in two places:

  1. Orders Tab: Log into your account and navigate to MY ACCOUNT > Orders. Here you'll find a list of all your past purchases.
  2. Wallet Transactions: For a detailed breakdown of transactions related to your balance, go to MY ACCOUNT > My Wallet > Transactions.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We work hard to make sure our product images are a clear and accurate representation of what you'll get. You can expect to receive the item shown in the photo.

Please note that the color you see on your screen might vary slightly from the actual product due to individual monitor settings. If the item is crafted from natural materials, such as wood or leather, it may have unique variations in its pattern or finish. These minor distinctions are a hallmark of genuine materials and add to the unique character of your purchase.

How can I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Here's how to manage returns:

  • To cancel an order: If your order status is still "On Hold," you can typically cancel it directly from your account. Log in, go to MY ACCOUNT > Orders, and look for the cancellation option next to the relevant order.
  • To return an item for a refund: If your order has already been shipped or delivered, please contact us via our Contact Page to initiate a return and refund.

Important Note for Returns: For a successful return and refund, the product(s) must be in "new" condition, exactly as you received them. This includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Where can I view my orders receipt?

You can easily view and print your orders receipt by logging into your account.

  1. Navigate to MY ACCOUNT.
  2. Click on the Orders tab.

There you will find a list of your past orders, and you can view the detailed receipt for each one.
