1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
As a customer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason.
To exercise this right:
- Email us at returns@e-kantina.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, name, and item(s) you wish to return.
- You will then receive return instructions.
Important: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Perishable goods (e.g., fresh food or opened items)
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Sealed items that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
- You must send the return within 14 days of notifying us.
3. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
- Shipping costs (if paid initially) are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Include your order number and photos of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a free return or replacement.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
